Over the years I’ve come to realize one thing, stress is the culprit to all evil on your health

Being an RN and seeing what many friends, family, and co-workers have gone through over the years has opened my eyes up to the waterfall of events that transpire on ones health.

Stress can come in all different forms; work, noise, kids, crowded rooms, deadlines, finances, expectations, prior health issues, family issues.

Even bodily aches and pains raise our stress levels, not to mention your bodies SED Rate (inflammation markers in your blood), and can hinder weight loss.

You never want to be unprepared while hitting the gym

🏋🏻‍♂️ Here is a list of our top picks to pack in your gym bag. 👱🏼‍♀️ Hair ties and headbands are absolutely necessary for working out because they keep sweat and frizz away from your face. They're also great for protecting your hair when it's in a ponytail. 💪🏼 Protein powder. We recommend our Keto Elite Protein. Keto Elite will provide you with energy from protein and essential fats needed for focus and brain power. 💧 Water bottle. Stay hydrated and drink at least half your body weight in ounces of water when working out. 🌸 Deodorant and baby wipes to help you freshen up. 🧦 An extra pair of socks. You can never have too many socks when exercising so pick up some sporty ones at Target or another department store. 🥜 A protein bar for a snack on the go. #eliteweightloss #gymbagessentials #gymlife #gymtips #femalesinfitness
