This is the story of a woman who was so unhappy with her life that she decided to change it

She had tried all sorts of weight loss programs and exercise regimes, but nothing seemed to work for her.

Then one day, on the way home from work, she saw someone sitting in their car eating unhealthy food while driving down the road."

A thought ran through her head... “I could be eating that right now.”

For the first time, she realized how much her addiction to unhealthy food was affecting both herself and others on the road.

After this realization it took about a year for her weight loss transformation journey to finally start working.

She started out by changing what foods were available in her house so that she couldn't easily grab junk food or sweets when she wanted them.

Then after they adjusted their grocery shopping habits, they committed themselves more fully to exercising at least three times per week.

She is now living life with a whole new perspective. She lost weight, gained happiness, and found joy again while urging us all: "change your thoughts and you change your world"
